When I first contacted Astral Plumbing Ltd. Steven was on holidays but he still took time to answer my query and had no issues to carry on with communication over email, unlike other traders who are insensitive to customers' time constraints. Steven arrived on time the two times he visited my property. On the day agreed for the repair, he took all precautions to leave everything clean and was quick in finishing the job to the highest standard. Due to finishing earlier than expected, he offered to charge close to a 20% less than the agreed price! Definitely recommend his services.
