We are really pleased with the service provided by Steve and Matt. Turned up on time for everything, the initial quote, the second visit to firm up measurements and every day that they worked. They kept in touch each day about the progress and at the end of each day tidied away so we could live fairly normally! They finished a day ahead of schedule which was really impressive. I think conscientious and highly skilled are the best words to describe them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
This is the second time I've used Astral Plumbing for a job at home as I really liked their professionalism and no nonsense when evaluating a job to provide an estimate and the quality of their work. As a member of the household has dementia, it was essential that the work was carried out in the set time frame and disruption kept to a minimum. Astral were brilliant, they worked efficiently and ensured that all visual evidence of them being there was out of sight at the end of the first day, this ensured that the dementia sufferer did not get agitated. When the work was completed, we were given a demonstration of how the new boiler works and handed the instruction booklet, etc. We have since received all the certification and and warranties for the new boiler as promised.

Excellent service, highly recommended. An email enquiry was answered promptly and a phone call promised. The phone call was received exactly as detailed and a further call received later to clarify timings. Steve arrived exactly as agreed and got to work immediately. This was late afternoon on a hot day and much appreciated. The second part of the work involved entering a loft with oven-like temperatures to replace a valve. All done without fuss, fully tested and a detailed report given as conclusion. Brilliant service!
